Every year, Booking.com releases “How India Travels”, a flagship media report that decodes the country’s evolving travel behaviour. From deep-dive data on hotels, flights and journeys to emerging patterns in motivation and mindset, it’s a pulse-check on how India will travel in the year ahead.
We partnered with them to transform this data-rich report into an immersive design experience, bringing stories to life through layered infographics, vibrant illustrations and editorial layouts that made insights feel intuitive and alive.
To complement the publication, we also designed an interactive microsite that distilled the report into scrollable “microbytes,” making the trends accessible to a wider digital audience.
The How India Travels 2025 edition was unveiled on 8th October in Delhi at a high-profile media event, celebrating the intersection of design, data and discovery.
